Between Alarm and Ease - From Emergency to Everyday
A Civic Landscape in Motion and Rest
For a fire brigade, a fire station is not only an office but also a training and
living space where they can build up their bodies and foster their team spirit.
As a living space and office, this service institution should meet the needs of
firefighters in both an emergency situation and a peaceful resting place at
the same time.

To integrate the urban context, the climax in the building symbolizing the speed is shown on the intersection of two main roads, corresponding to the functions of lockers and the garage. On the other hand, the lowness of the speed is presented as a relatively peaceful resting place, such as a lounge or office.
